I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box, but my lead still works.

   This is my personal site. My overall focus is history. I do it for the record.

​

   I've spent time at Michigan State University as a student, yet I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a BA in History. I spent a year studying in Beijing, China as well. I also received an AAS in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement from Wayne County Community College where I graduated at the top of my class. From the time I was 11 years old, I had a mentor in my life pushing history on me all the time.

   This website is one of personal memory, reflection, and also one to try and present a solid historical record without the partisan divisiveness. What I write WILL BE DIVISIVE to those that disagree with the factual accounting. I can't help that. I DO a lot of reading and research. You're NOT going to get quality history from CNN or FOX News.

​

   The truth is a double edged sword and cuts both ways. At the end of the day, no one is really innocent. Only ignorant or naive.  We are Americans.  We are a military cult. I want the reader to recognize that these symbols on this page are a part of my history. They were earned, they are a part of my experience. I am proud of that service. I am also proud to have realized when to take an exit from it. The symbols are important to me and my story. Again. I earned every one of them.

   I served in all three branches of the US army. I was an Infantryman, Paratrooper, and Drill Sergeant. I was the unit armorer in both of the airborne units that I served in. That means that I was the unit's weapon's expert to ensure combat readiness. I was  responsible for the accountability and maintenance of every weapon in the company. 

​

 The US makes up just 5% of the global population yet consumes over 25% of all global resources. This is an ugly business. And it is a business.

​

   If you do stick around to read my posts I assure you that it is not for any partisan advantage for any political party in the US. If anything, my writings will show that I have a solid disdain for them both. That disdain is due to knowing the truth versus the fictions we are constantly told. I will defend the truth, before defending an ideology as well. Due to the recent events some of this writing will seem one sided, but it will be factual regardless. 

​

 

   I coined the phrase "End The Two Party Sham Shit Show" and yet I still have people calling me a partisan. Again, I can't help them with that. I will defend the truth even if that truth aids one set of partisans over another. All too often, many in the United States have a set of double standards. They stand up and proudly proclaim, "My country, right or wrong" while holding anyone else to account for being wrong. Wrong is wrong no matter what flag is wrapped around that particular transgression. I'll say this here, and likely often, that some people have a very high standard as applied to others. In more layman's terms, "Do as I say and not as I do."

   I have, all too often, been threatened with violence due to what I post on social media. That is ridiculous in and of itself. The addage of many, on both sides of the politcal isle in the US, is that if you have to force your ideas then maybe it's not that good of an idea to begin with. Or something to that effect.  

​

This website is my place. If you don't like it, create your own. It is not a safe space. There is no such thing. However, this is my place, hence my ability to control it. I can write, post, and people can respond should they so desire. There will be more accountability here. Anyhow, I honestly figure that this is a better outlet than posting directly to Facebook or Twitter, however, I will obviously share my links there from time to time.
