MY PICK
OF THE MONTH

If someone had no knowledge of the Vietnam War, or the US involvement there, I have three books that I recommend to people who want to better understand the Vietnam War. This is one of those three.

Make no mistake, the US lost the political battles, yet it won the war on the battlefield. In fact, I would argue, in terms of civilian casualties, that it was too efficient.

Woodruff explains, in detail, just how devastating it was for those Vietnamese forces fighting the war against the US and its allies.

For the Record! The other two books are:

A Bright Shining Lie: John Paul Vann and America in Vietnam

Book by Neil Sheehan

and

The End of the Line: The Siege of Khe Sanh

by Robert Pisor

I will highlight these books over the next two months or sooner.
